Will the city need to take the PSA to the city council for approval
along with a resolution approving the alignment for Phase 'A' ? We took
Phase 'B' to the CC prior to sending it to Dallas County for there
approval.

Has been reviewed & approved by Assistant District Attorney. Waiting
for DA to sign sometimes this week.
