Final Acceptance Pending
Dear Mr. Newman:
Based on walk-thru inspections conducted in early December 2005, all punchlist items appear to
be complete except for general clean-up of the site, sidewalk completion and pavement repair on
Forest Hill Drive. There was some discussion of delaying the sidewalk until development of the
individual lots, but no final resolution has been reached.
It is apparent that your construction project has caused pavement damage in the street adjacent to
the south properly line, on Forest Hill Drive. Please arrange to have the damage repaired to City
of Coppell standards as soon as possible. Also, please forward a copy of any final acceptance or
punchlist from City of Lewisville concerning work within their city relative to this project.
hr addition, final acceptance of the project requires as-buih plans from the engineer of record and
maintenance bonds for paving and utility installations. Please call me if you have any questions
about these requirements.
