Hero is a sealed drawing of our proposed SSMH placement as a field change notice to the contractor. The
sketch shows the removal of the existing 4' dia. SSMH and placing the new 6' dia. SSMH 15' north of the existing
SSMH, thus allowing for moro room for construction and keeping the SS line inside the existing easement.
We request approval of this sketch so we can release the contractor to do this work, We will update the record
drawings to show this revision at the end of the job. Please call with any questions.
