Per telephone conversation with Bob Lane, superintendent for McFadden and Miller, the stamped
concrete poured on the eastern most driveways stops at the surveyed ROW line.
The faxed drawings you submitted for the proposed temporary approach are approved, however,
please note that the "highpoint" lies on the private property, not at the ROW line.
