During the injection process, the following observations were recorded. 2nd No. of Probes: 4 Per Rig/3 Rigs On-site Probe Length: 10 feet OBSERVATION SPECIFICATION Yes No N/A Surfactant nttded to each load. X Injection pressure 50 to 200 psi at manifold. X Injection downward in 18 inch intervals. X Total depth of injection was 7 feet. X Spacing of injection was 5 feet maximum. X Injection to refusal at each location. X Comments: 1. The injector, Jowell was not getting their 18 inch intervals in each location. 2. The injector, Jowell was not able to get the 7 foot depth in some locations because the ground was too hard. 3. The injector, Jowell did not get refusal in each location, because they were rushing their drops of 18 inch intervals. 4. Jeff with Rogers-O'Brien and Terracon's technician timed Jowell's injection intervals at 2 1/2 to 3 minutes and they did not get good refusal in each location.
