On this date, a Terracon technician observed the injection of water at this site. During the
injection process, the following observations were recorded.

Comments: 1. The injector contractor, Jowell could not get their 7 feet depth in some locations because
it was too hard.
2. The contractor, Jowell did not get refusal in each location.
