RE: TexasBank Addition, Lot 2R Block A (Creme de la Creme)
Dear Mr. Ripke:
As we discussed in the pre-construction conference on March 9th, 2005 the gravel access
across the TexasBank lot to the south of Creme de la Creme was considered temporary,
and as such is no longer necessary for access to the site. Clean-up responsibility of this
area was noted as a part of the pre-construction conference process.
Please arrange for removal of the gravel and any related materials at your first
opportunity and contact me with the date it will be accomplished. If you have any
