PRELIMINARY Fee Assessment Letter
Dear Ms. Sullivan:
Per our telephone conversation yesterday, please find enclosed a copy of the City of Coppell
Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the Development Fee calculations for fees that
would be assessed should you decide to install a separate irrigation (sprinkler) meter at the above
referenced residence.
Also, please find a copy of the permit application that would need to be applied for prior to the installation
of the additional meter.
The fees would need to be paid by check at the new Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road,
and the meter would be ordered when those fees were paid.
