On this date, a Terracon technician observed the injection of water at this site. During the
injection process, the following observations were recorded.

Injection downward in 18 inch intervals. X
Total depth of injection was 7 feet. X
Spacing of injection was 5 feet maximum. X
Injection to refusal at each location. X
Comments: Terracon's technician observed the injector contractor, Jowell as they injected water in Pass #1 f°r
Building #6. The injector, Jowell could not get a total depth of 7 feet in several locations because
the penetration was too hard. The contractor, Jowell was not getting good refusal because they were
moving too fast. Thc injectors were not staying in location long enough.
