Procedure:
On this date, a Terracon technician observed the injection of water at this site. During the
injection process, the following observations were recorded.

Injection pressure 50 to 200 psi at manifold. X
Injection downward in 18 inch intervals. X
Total depth of injection was 7 feet. X
Spacing of injection was 5 feet maximum. X
Injection to refusal at each location. X
Comments:
The contractor, Jowell could not get the 7 foot depth in several locations because it was too hard,
maybe 5 feet on Building #6, Pass #4. They are not getting good refusal, because they are not
leaving probes in each location long enough. Jeff, with Rogers-O'Brien was aware of this and he
contacted Jowell. Jowell's supervisor came to the job site and the situation was explained to him.
