West Sandy Lake Road Submittals Dear Mr. Griffin, In response to the January 13, 2006 from Larry Davis with the City of Coppell and the January 12, 2006 letter from Teague Nail and Perkins, Tiseo Paving would like to provide the following information. 1) 3) 4) 5) 6) Redi-Mix #724 - Please replace that concrete mix design with Redi-Mix #728 5.5 Sack 3600 PSI for Concrete Flatwork Lattimore Materials Company #1261 Please replace that concrete mix design with Lattimore # 1551 5.5 Sack 3600 PSI for Concrete Flatwork Southern Star #9616 will be replaced at a later date with a current 5.5 sack design. The Traffic Control Plan is being used as shown in the approved construction plans and will not be changed unless requested and approved thru the City of Coppell. Copies of the Letter of Certification for RCP and Precast Concrete Box Culvert from Hanson Pipe and Products which were inadvertently left out of the original submittal package. Concrete Batch Plant- Tiseo Paving has not received a signed agreement with the property owner at this time, so we have not submitted to the TCEQ for the proper permits nor have a letter of permission. We will forward this paperwork once an agreement is worked out.
