We spoke about two weeks ago on the status of the variance application for
EABPRJA6000062 - Samuel Boulevard Sidewalk and Curb Ramps Project. You indicated
that a letter should have been written sometime at~er December 15, 2005. To date, I have not
received a letter stating whether the variance was approved or disapproved. We are using
Dallas County funding for the project and I need to initiate design of the project as soon as
possible. Would you please check on the project again and let me know something.
