Mr. Dewey,
I have been trying to contact you regarding the revised engineering plans you submitted to our office for
the Stfingfellow Addition, also known as Nationwide Insurance. The phone keeps turning over to the fax
machine, so I'm sending this fax!
After reviewing the hydraulic calculations for the drainage through the pmpesed wall, we have some
concems about the adequacy of the proposed openings to convey all the potential runoff. Without
discussing the concems, I can tell you that I would be more inclined to approve the drawings if a third
opening was added to each wall which would total six openings instead of four.
Please contact me to discuss, or indicate to me that you will add additional openings so that I may send
an approval letter for these plans.
