At the March 26, 1996 Council meeting, City Council approved the preliminary construction
plans and landscape plans for Sandy Lake Road as presented. Therefore, according to the terms
of our contract, this letter is your official notification to proceed with the design of the final
plans.
If you should have any questions please feel free to contact me, if not, then we will discuss the
final plans further at our monthly meeting.
