Dear Mr. and Mrs. Rogers:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment for the Roadway Impact Fee and Park Fee to the City of Coppell in the amount of
$5,763.00 and forward to the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table.
This amount is a portion of the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to filing of the final plat.
The collection of Water and Sewer Impact Fees is delayed until the issuance of the Building Permit.
These fees are paid by separate check at the Building Inspections Department, located at 500
Southwestern Boulevard in the Fire Administration Building.
Please note that fees associated with water and sewer services have only been assessed for the newly
created lot. Should the required services to the new or existing lots be varied from the assessment, a
reassessment may be required.
Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look
