1. A 20' drainage easement should be provided for the drainage structure along the
western edge of the property.
2. Provide a 20' easement for the fire hydrant nearest to Lakeshore Drive.
Grading and Drainage Plan
1. The surface drainage from drainage area 1 should not sheet flow to the street. Pick up
this flow and convey it to the storm drain system on site.
Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan
1. Show the fire lane on this sheet.
2. The fire hydrant located in the parking island on the south side of the building is
private and should be served after the DDC. (The fire hydrant nearest to Lakeshore
Drive is public and should be within an easement.)

1. Trees should not be planted in the sanitary sewer easement.
