Site Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Meinhardt:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced site plan and has the following comment to
offer:
Two separate notes call for the demolition of "existing paving, conc. stair and fire hydrant."
Modify the notes to indicate that the fire hydrants should be relocated. Refer to the Phase 1
record drawings, prepared by HalffAssociates, for relocation details.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convenience.
