Final Acceptance Pending
In a phone call response to the letter dated January 24, 2005 regarding items that need to be
completed prior to final acceptance of the project, Eric Hauglie of Pacheco Koch offered the
following information:
1) The contractor is coordinating with City of Lewisville on sidewalk construction in the next
week or two.
2) Pavement repair on Forest Hill Drive will also be accomplished within that time frame.
If we have other or continuing concerns, we should contact Jeff Libby of the Standridge
Companies.
