RE: Sewer Line Damage at Sandy Lake Road and Royal Lane
Dear Mr. Hemrich:
It was discovered during the inspection of recent construction in the area that there is an
incursion into a sanitary sewer line by an underground fiber installation. This incursion
appears to be the conduit installed by Power Engineers in 1999 lbr Touch America.
I have enclosed a plan sheet shoxving the location of the sewer line and a design sheet for
the proposed expansion of Royal Lane in that area. Also enclosed is a copy of the video
made to televise the underground line showing thc location of the incursion at the 4l' mark
on the tape.
Your company should make immediate arrangements to correct the damage to this sewer
line so that developmenl and reconstruction in this area can proceed on schedule. Please
contact this office to set up a meeting with representatives of your organization, and the
contractor you select to perform thc repairs.
Sincerely,
Keith R. Marvin, P.E.
