I want to thank you for agreeing to address the Devonshire Homeowners Association at
our meeting on Menday, October 24, 1994. The meeting will take place from 7:00 pm
until 8:30 pm in the lunchroom of W.H. Wilson Elementary School.
I appreciate your willingness to discuss the plans for replacing the surface drainage
structure which borders the Devonshire subdivision on our south side. I am advising our
homeowners that this will be an opportunity to find out about the imminent resolution to
our "ditch" dilemma, as well as giving us a chance to participate in the finalization of the
plans. I expect that you and your news will be warmly greeted.
