RE: Impact Fee Credits
Dear Bill:
I reviewed your letter dated August 26 regarding the transfer of
roadway impact fee credits from Freeport North addition to land
located contiguous, yet to the north of the boundaries of the
addition itself.
Based on existing city policies we, unfortunately, must decline
this request since the property is outside the boundaries of
Freeport North Business Park. Let me add, though, that if the
developers of Tract 8 would install the west half of Royal Lane, a
development impact fee credit bank would be established pursuant to
existing policies.
