The plan has been revised to remove the drainage channel along Royal Lane, in favor of an underground system in Royal and to add a berm and landscaping for screening the rear of the large anchor fi.om Royal Lane. To that end, a typical cross section has been provided on the plan. We have also revised the entrance offof Sandy Lake Road. Since the plan is conceptual, we have not as yet shown any landscaping in the parking lot. Thank you for your assistance. Your comments on the plan would be most appreciated.
