Dear Mr. Virtanen:
In response to our meeting with Mr. Witt, Mr. Sieb, Mr. Griffin and you on
September 16, 1997, enclosed for your review are two (2) prints of a revised
conceptual site plan on the referenced project. The plan has been revised to
remove the drainage channel along Royal Lane, in favor of an underground
system in Royal and to add a berm and landscaping for screening the rear of
the large anchor fi.om Royal Lane. To that end, a typical cross section has
been provided on the plan. We have also revised the entrance offof Sandy
Lake Road. Since the plan is conceptual, we have not as yet shown any
landscaping in the parking lot.
