Dear Mr. and Mrs. Boorhem:
As per your request in yesterday's meeting, I am enclosing the
paving and drainage plans for the portion of the subject project
which is in front of your property. I appreciate your taking
your valuable time to come to our office to discuss the project
matters pertaining to your property. Hopefully your better
understanding of the project will give you the level of comfort
that you need to grant the necessary Temporary Construction
Easements and the Drainage Easements to the City of Coppell at
this time in order that the construction of the project can
proceed as planned.
Once you execute the easement documents which are in your
possession please return them to our office and we will file the
permanent easements and return a copy of the filed documents to
you. Upon completion of construction of the project we will
return our copies of the Temporary Construction Easements to you.
