On this date, a Terracon technician observed the injection of water at this site. During the
injection process, the following observations were recorded.

Comments: The 7th pass of water injection started along the north side of the building pad at the east end of the
pad. Very hard material was encountered at variable depths of 3 feet to 6 feet from the east end to
220 feet f westward and from the north side to 50 feet south. The injection contractor was unable
to penetrated this hard material at several locations.
NOTE: Injection rigs bent several injection rods throughout the day plus minor mechanical
problems contributed to a small area being injected on this date. In the afternoon,
the injection contractor was advancing the rods too fast at each 18 inch interval, not
allowing refusal of water. The spacing between injections was too far apart in the
afternoon.

Services: Preconstruction meeting and drilled pier observation.
As requested, Terracon's project manager for the above referenced project attended the
preconstruction meeting at the offices of Rogers-O'Brien located at 1901 Regal Row in Dallas, Texas.
The pier drilling operation and requirements were discussed.
Following the meeting, the project manager traveled to the job site and observed the start of the
pier drilling operation. After the first two piers were drilled successfully, the project manager
left the site.
