Be advised that the portion of Belt Line Road adjacent to the site lies within the Dallas City limits. The proposed modifications to the medians should be approved and permitted by the City of Dallas. Light standards in the medians may need to be relocated. An additional easement may be required based on the final location of the domestic and irrigation water meters. Preliminary Utility Layout: 1. The overall design of water and sewer for this site is based on the proposed utility design for Building "A," Lot 1, Block 1. Be advised that the utility comments assume that Building "A" improvements arc constructed prior to the approval of the project under review. 2. The domestic and irrigation meters should be located within an easement. They may be located within one of the 25' x 25' easements that have been provided for the DDC's, or an additional 25' x 25' easement may be created in the location where the meters are currently proposed.
