SITE CLEAN-UP, Second Notice
Dear Mr. Ripke:
There has been no action taken as the result of the letter faxed to you dated January 19th
regarding the gravel access across the lot south of Cr~me de la Cr~me. I reiterate that
clean-up of this area is your responsibility and was noted during the pre-construction
conference process.
Please arrange for removal of the gravel and any related materials by the end of this week
(February 3ra). If the clean-up is not accomplished, the City of Coppell will use the
maintenance bond in effect for this project. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
