properties, Sandy Lake Road and SH 121.
b. Label all proposed trees as shown on the approved Landscape Plan.
c. Need to indicate where the proposed fence will be in relation to the
proposed trees.
d. It appears that there is insufficient width within the 10' landscape
area to support the proposed 3" caliper Eastern Red Cedars, 4"
caliper Cedar Elms and the proposed fence.
Response:
a. Fence is set back more than 325' from Sandy Lake Road
and is well screened by the plantings provided in the
approved landscape plan. Fence is set back 330' from SH
121 at it's nearest and more than 1000' at its farthest points.
As exhibited in the provide rendering, the fence will be
significantly obscured by the plantings provided in the
approved landscape plan.
b. See revised Sheet AI.01
c. Fence is to be located 5' behind curb. Trees are planned
to be planted 6' behind curb.
d. The required landscape set back is 10'. However, the curb
line varies from 12' to 20' from the property line. This
provides ample room for all proposed trees and the fence.
