As you can see from the three attached notices, the City of Coppell has attempted to contact you
regarding necessary repairs since July 2005, before your maintenance bond for this project expired
An inspection of the project was conducted by representatives of the City of and you were notified
that there are repairs to be addressed The necessary repairs are as follows
1 The street cuts are coming apart. They need to be re -cut and patched in several places
Our notices were sent in a timely manner before the maintenance bond was due to expire but our
requests have gone unanswered Because the needed repairs have become a safety issue to
motonsts, we have no choice but to fund the repairs using the surety bond provided for the project
