Suzan,
Our client, Hillwood, is specifically looking to tie in their proposed
sanitary sewer and water lines into the existing (or proposed) lines
under Bethel Road. Their site is the Coppell Industrial Addition, north
of Bethel and east of Royal Lane. What they want to do is to have stubs
provided (for both water and sewer) when Bethel Road is constructed so
they don't have to go back into Bethel to tie-in when they construct
their site.
I looked at the file you sent and found the existing sanitary sewer and
waterline layers. I could not find any proposed sanitary sewer layers
and the only proposed water line information I could find were just fire
hydrant line extensions.
My questions are as follows:
1. Will there be proposed sanitary sewer and water lines associated
with the Bethel Road construction, or are the main lines going to remain
as existing?
2. What specifically would we need to submit in order to add the stubs
into the construction project for Bethel Road (such as a plan/profile of
stubs?)?
3. What is the timeframe for construction on Bethel, and when would we
need to get our information to the City?

Ken asked me to send you our most recent autocad files for Bethel Road.
The drawing has the overall layout in model space, but does not have
all of the individual sheets in paper space. TranSystems provided the
drawing for the surveyor to stake-out our on-going project at the
southeast corner of the Bethel/Freeport intersection. Our other autocad
