Project Supplemental Agreement
Dear Mr. Malekouti:
Enclosed please find five executed copies of the Project Supplemental Agreement to the
Master Agreement for the above-referenced Sandy Lake Road project. Also enclosed is
one original copy of the resolution approving the roadway alignment. Upon execution of
the agreement, please return an original to the city.
We are scheduled to start construction of the project on January 30, 2006 with a
construction time of 300 days. Please let me know how I need to process the monthly
reimbursement requests.
