Ken,
Answer to your question is No. The right of way meeting that you have
set for January 31 st is fine and we will attend the meeting to answer
the property owner's questions.
TxDOT will conduct a Public Hearing for SH 121 on Wednesday, Mamh 1,
2006 at the Grapevine Convention Center, 1209 South Main Street,
Grapevine, Texas 76051. An Open House will be held from 6:00 to 7:00
PM, followed by the hearing at 7:00 PM.

I've been out of town. Does this take the place of the meeting we
agreed on for the right of way on January 31 st? We have already sent
letters to the property owners.
Also, what is the time and location for the Mamh 31st Public Hearing?

FYI, we received approval for further processing on the environmental
documents for the SH 121 (FM 2499 to Denton Creek) in Dallas County.
We
decided to have a formal Public Hearing instead of Affording
Opportunity
for Public Hearing for this project. The Public Hearing is scheduled
for
Wednesday March 1, 2006.
