Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Velasquez:
The improvements in the above referenced project were inspected during construction by the City
of Coppell Engineering Department and were installed according to plans and our specifications
governing such work. The erosion control should be removed from the project limits upon receipt
of this letter.
As of today's date, the facilities are accepted subject to the two-year maintenance agreement.
