porlion of the assessed I;ees that needs to bc paid prior to filing of the final plat.
A credit ['or the dedication of right of way along l)cforest Road has been used to offset thc Roadway
Impact Fees. Since there are no plans to change any of thc utilities, there arc no ut ty impact fees due. If
an additional irrigation meter is installed with this project, that ,alii constitute an impact to the system, and
appropriate lees would need to be paid.
