The following are questions we have concerning the Freeport Parkway
Reconstruction Project ST 00-04 2006 that bids on Yebmary 7, 2006.
1. Is Railroad Prote~ive Insurance required for this project? /t~/'2 '~
2 We need clarification on how the job will be awarded. By/ow bid only, or if
calendar days wilt be a factor, what is the dollar value of'each calendar day?
3. Can CTB be paid for as a separate item? The quantity will not be the same as
concrete paving '1' ~ ~
4, Will CTB extend 12" past back o£curb? K- ?.~
5 Can separate pay items be added for saw cutting, street header m~d doweled
butt joint? These quantities will vary with patch size
6. Can a normal bid item for flex base be added'? Example: 100 tons type A fiex
base. ~'
