ST 99-02 A, West Sandy Lake Rd - Work Activity Update
Week of 1/30 to 2/3/06
1. Tiseo Paving has placed two project signs and two electronic information signs along with
orange "Construction Zone" warning signs within the project area.
2. On Monday Jan. 30, Tiseo began preparations for installation of the erosion control for the
project limits, but those preparations are not complete as of this date.
3. Verizon's overhead line switch from the poles marked for relocation appears to be complete.
4. TXU's activity at N Coppell Rd and W Sandy Lake adjacent to the Switching Station and
Oakbend Addition is not complete at this time. They anticipate placement of the
underground wire and switchgear sometime next week. This leaves vertical poles marked for
relocation still standing from N Coppell Rd on Sandy Lake up to Freeport Pkwy. 1 feel the
relocation won't be accomplished before mid-February.
5. 1 have had phone conversations and one personal meeting xvith Tiseo's project manager /
superintendent. It appears that his xvork time is to be split between the two projects they have
going concurrently in Coppell - East Sandy Lake Rd and West Sandy Lake Rd.
