On this date, a Terracon technician observed the injection of water at this site. During the
injection process, the following observations were recorded.

Comments: Three (3) injection rigs were used on this date. The injectors injected pass 7 on the southeast corner
of Building #5 and pass 5 on the north edge of Building #6. The main water feed line was cut at 2:25
p.m. and work was stopped until 3:00 p.m.
