RE: Erosion Control Bond/Plaza Infrastruture
I have attached documentation to prove up an erosion control bond amount
of $9, 035. The spreadsheets show the quantity of silt fence, curlex
and inlet protectors we put in. I have also attached the invoices form
our erosion contractor (buddy martin) and the checks we have written.
The totals do not match exactly because we had maintenance, sweeping
etc. paid as well. You can use the invoices to verify unit pricing. Let
me know if you need additional info or if the amount is approved. As
soon as I get an approved amount ~ will send a check. Thanks for your
help
Neal

I would say, yes, include off-site erosion control in the bond amount as
that work was part of the permit.
We need a copy of the invoices so that we know how much you spent on
erosion control; we'll verify that the check you submit for escrow is as
much as you spent toward erosion control. (That's what the "review" will
entail.)

Charlene,
Good morning-
I am still a little unclear on how to calculate the bond amount. We have
implemented and paid for erosion measures along the parkways of Plaza
Page

Blvd. Do you need a copy of that invoice and check for review? Also, we
did "offsite work" in the row of SH121, Denton Tap and Highland (water
line). We placed curlex and seed in those areas post construction and
the area has mostly revegitated (it would help if it would rain once in
while!). Do I include that in the bond amount even though that was
offsite?
Sorry for my confusion but I want to be accurate on what you need.
Thanks

A cash deposit may be placed in escrow for 100% of the cost to implement
the erosion control for 2 years. We need invoice documentation for the
amount spent to implement the erosion control and a check for the total
amount. Please submit invoices for review and approval prior to cutting
the check.
Please call with any questions.

Charlene,
Larry mentioned to me that we needed to post an erosion control bond for
the public parkway areas associated with Plaza Infrastructure. Can you
help me with the format and calculation of that bond. If there is some
reference in the code or form I fill out please steer me to it. Does
