I am attaching the *.pdf files that show the conflict on Royal Lane.
The cable is delineated with a 'T' and is the line closest to the
proposed storm sewer. It is easier to see the line on sheets 41 to 43.
If you can not print these sheets let me know and you can come by and
pick up the necessary plan sheets.
I will talk to the inspector when he comes in and schedule a time for
him to meet with you on-site on Monday.
Will let you know the time.

Suzan,
I was aware of the manhole and the plans to get that adjusted are just about
completed. Once completed and approved by the City, the work will only take
a few days.
Is it ok if I come by today to pick up the plans ?
Is there some that we can meet with on Monday to discuss the project on
site?

I know that AT&T and AboveNet have a manhole on the north side of W.
Sandy Lake and the adjustment of this manhole was the only utility
adjustment that was going to be required as part of this project. We
have started construction and the utility locates show that an AboveNet
cable is located in the ditch west of Royal Lane. This portion of Royal
Lane is included in this project and it appears that the AboveNet cable
is in conflict with the proposed improvements. We are constructing two
additional lanes and the cable will be under the road and storm sewer.
If the cable is not buried very deep, it will almost surely conflict
with the storm drain improvements.
I do not know if you are in a joint trench with AT&T down the west side
of Royal Lane, so I will contact AT&T also. I will send the plans
sheets showing the conflict. If you do have facilities that conflict,
they will need to be relocated immediately. Please let me know if you
do have facilities and when they will be relocated.
