Utility Relocation Status
Dear Mr. Fyffe:
This letter is a follow-up to my telephone message on February 9, 2006. Construction
has started on the W. Sandy Lake Road project and the utility locates indicate that
Comcast Cable has facilities that will conflict with the proposed improvement. The cable
is delineated with a 'T' and is the line closest to the proposed storm sewer on Royal Lane.
I am enclosing the applicable plan sheets in case you no longer have the plans that were
provided to the utility companies in October 2003.
The facilities along Royal Lane need to be relocated immediately. In addition TXU has
relocated their poles at the northeast corner of Coppell Road and Sandy Lake Road. You
had previously indicated that you had facilities on these poles and they also need to be
relocated.
Your consideration of this matter is appreciated. Should you have any questions or need
any additional information, please advise.
