Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Velasquez:
Representatives of the City of Coppcll have confirmed a final inspection of utilities for the
referenced project. Thc improvements in the above referenced project were installed
according to plans and our specifications governing such work. As of August 31, 2005 the
facilities are accepted subject to the two-year maintenance agreement.
A follow-up inspection of the facilities will be conducted prior to the lapse of the two-
year bond period. If any punchlist items are noted at_th.at-time, you will be contacted to
