Good afternoon Suzan,
I have your variance request in my hands, the reason why it has not been completed yet, is because you
make reference to a non-conforming cross slope area. I fully understand the need for this transition area,
however, you do not make reference to what the existing cross slopes are at every location? The
department cannot issue a blanket variance. Each location must be identified and the cross slope must be
recorded.
If you can provide me this information, I can complete the final step of the process. You can send it
electronic or fax it to me.
