Drainage Easement
Dear Mr. & Ms. Skinner:
In June 2005, I sent you several letters regarding the city's need for a drainage easement from your
property located at 604 Loch Lane. The easement is required for the construction of channel
improvements that are part of the Bethel Road I project. The project was scheduled to bid in the 4th
quarter of 2005 when I first contacted you. The bid date was delayed due to the city working on a
agreement with the City of Grapevine to reconstruct Bass Pro and Bethel Road at the same time
and with the same contractor. The agreement has been approved and the project is now scheduled
to bid in the 2na quarter of 2006.
The City Engineer, Ken Griffin, would like to meet with you at your convenience to discuss the
required drainage easement. He is available to meet during work or after work. Please contact me
at the number below so that we can schedule a mutually agreeable time to meet.
