I very much appreciate your bringing this to my attention. I am not sure as to why our service was poor for those events but I can tell you that what ever the problem was it is no excuse for our lack of performance. I am asking all of our people that have involvement in the dispatching of our technicians to notify me personally of work scheduled for your job. I will commit to CMJ being on time, even if I have to do it. I want to thank you again for bringing this to attention because I want CMJ to be the service provider of choice for Coppell, and that would something that we would have to earn. R.Carl Lee,S.E.T. Sandy Lake Road Project on time or showing up at all. They did show up to take proctors last week, but did not show up this Monday to take densities. The inspector called for densities to be taken at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday - he did not get a cancellation until 5:15 p.m. He rescheduled for Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. and the technician did not show up until 6:00 p.m. The inspector wants to make sure that when he calls in, the technician can be there or will let him know of a time adjustment. Your consideration of this matter is appreciated. Suzan CC: <awalker@cmjengr.com>, <tmadin@cmjengr. com>, '"Steven Johnston'" <sjohnston@cmjengr.com>
