Dear Mr. Gay:
The City of Coppell has received your request to close down Coppell Road North at Sandy
Lake Road during the week of March 13, 2006 to install portions of the drainage system.
This letter will serve as authorization to proceed with that proposed shut down of Coppell
Road North at Sandy Lake Road during the week of March 13, 2006. Prior to shutting
down the intersection, please install appropriate signage to alert motorists of the closed
intersection during the week prior to March 13, 2006.
