with (2) copies of your 'l'rcoch Safety Plan yesterday.
f also want to remind you of'l'icso Paving Cu. su~king request policy ora
minimtun of 72 hours prior to "need stakes by date". Susanne with the City of
Coppcll will provide me with a copy of thc Contract Documents that you
requested: 1 will tbreword this lo you.
To avoid unnecessary interl~rence or delays I shall coordinate with the '£ranchJsc
utilities any conflicts that may accrue. We are already working with four of the
utility companies, as a result of thc two poi-holes your crews providc~, ff we
continue this type of cooperation I feel we will minimize any delays,
