Dear Larry:
The schedule to complete the landscaping irrigation and lighting is as follows:
1. Street light conduits and bases (28 lights)
2 to 3 weeks (finish March 6)
2. Sidewalks and Monumentation
2 to 3 weeks (finish March 31)
3. Install landscaping
2 to 3 weeks (finish April 21)
4. Install street Fights and cleanup
1 week (finish April 30)
The areas that we intend to improve are the common areas in the roundabout, the north-
south common area (east of Plaza Boulevard) and at the entry along SM ! 21.
We are waiting to install these improvements until the roadway infrastructure has been
finalized so that we do not conflict with this acceptance process. Hopefully the weather
