REF: Refund of Permit Fees, 817 Howell Drive
Construction Development Permit fees were paid on February 15, 2006 for a new sewer tap at
817 Howell Drive. Prior to commencement of work under the permit, the existing sewer tap that
served the lot ~vas located. Therefore, the new sewer tap will not be necessary. Permit fees paid
for the new sewer tap should be refunded to the developer because the work will not be
performed. The total refund comes to $176.00. Please refund this amount to:
