Susan, per my phone conversation Rick O'Dell today. Rick said that he
would be on-site to oversee the tie-in of the main water line at Beltline
and Airline Road on Saturday, February 25, 2006. The tie-in should be
completed on/before noon on the 25th.
IBM give it permission to the The City of Coppell Water Department to
cut-off the water to the IBM Facility to tie-in to Dentop Tap Water Line W
A 97-01 connection to existing 12 - Inch water line that service the
IBM.COM Center on Saturday, February 25, 2006 from the hours of 7:00 A.M.
to 12:00.
Susan, please give a copy of this note to Rick for his record. Paul Garcia
will be on-site at 6:45 A.M. and he will meet Rick's at the corner of
Beltline Road & Airline and he will be onsite during the installation.

Coppell Water Department. The City of Coppell want permission to tie-in

hours of 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
Mary, do you see any problem why the building water cannot be turn-off for
City of Coppell Water Department to tie-in Dentop Tap Water Line W A 97-01
connection to existing 12 - inch water line that service the IBM.COM Center

he will complete a walk through and check all rest room's, sink @ etc.
