Please find attached a copy of the original Impact Fee assessment for the above referenced project.
The original plans called for a 2" irrigation meter, therefore the assessed Water Impact Fee and the
cost of the meter and are based on a 2" meter. Should you choose to install an 1%" meter, as you
mentioned in your conversation with Keith, these fees will be reduced ($1400.00 for Impact Fee,
$140.78 for meter cost). Other deposits and fees listed in the assessment remain the same. Also
included is a copy of the Construction Development Permit for which the fee totals 4% of the value of
the work to tap the water main.
