Dear Mr. Greig:
A refund request has been forwarded to the City of Coppell Finance Department for the amount
of $176.00. The refunded amount is the Construction Development Permit fee for a new sewer
tap at 817 Howell Drive that was deemed unnecessary. The additional fees that were paid (the
Wastewater Tap Inspection Fee and Utility Final Inspection Fee) still apply and will not be
refunded.
